Soon to be woman, Bruce Jenner Refuses To Pay Wrongful Death Lawsuit after it was determined by the courts that Jenner was at fault for killing a woman in a car accident.

Maybe the estrogen shots have become too much because the Keeping Up With The Kardashians newest sutto-female feels that they don’t deserve a dime and has asked the court to toss out the case!

See, Bruce Jenner was slapped with a wrongful death lawsuit by the stepchildren of the woman killed in the accident caused by Jenner back in February.

Back in February, Bruce Jenner caused a car crash when he could not stop in time, hitting another car and pushing it into oncoming traffic. The driver of the car that Jenner hit, Kim Howe, was killed. Then, earlier this month, two stepchildren of Howe decided to slap Jenner with a lawsuit for wrongful death, claiming “loss of affection.” The big problem with their claim, and lawsuit is that according to friends of Kim, they had absolutely no relationship with their stepmother.

And now, Bruce Jenner wants the lawsuit tossed out. In a new report from TMZ, Jenner says that Howe’s stepkids do not deserve a dime, because they didn’t lose anything when she passed – they hadn’t even spoken to her in years. Jenner went on to explain that while it is a terrible tragedy, it is also not an excuse for the stepkids (who happen to be 60 and 57 years old) to try and cash in on their stepmother’s death.

Bruce has asked that the court dismiss the case altogether.
