The Second Annual BottleRock Napa 2014 kicks off  the first of the 3-day festival with The Cure, TV on The Radio, Sublime with Rome, Robert Delong and more…

It’s time to HAVE FUN drink some wine, eat great food and enjoy some of music’s best bands at the Second Annual BottleRock Napa Valley music, food and wine festival.

CelebNMusic247.com and BottleROCK Napa have pulled together a few pointers to help you navigate your favorite artists as well as food, wine and beer stations.

The second annual BottleRock Napa Valley – featuring more than 60 artists on four stages, bands and performers from a variety of genres, including rock, soul/R&B, country, hip-hop as well as more than 50 food and wine vendors serving some of the best culinary delights that Napa Valley offers.

When attending the festival here are some things you need to know. First off, stay hydrated because the festival is all day. Know your limits when drinking wine and beer. Be open-minded none judgemental and keep a great attitude while attending the festival.

What does BottleROCK 2014 offer?

The Napa Valley is known around the world as a culinary mecca. BottleROCK brings together some of the finest local food, from sushi to barbecue, and famous chefs’ signature dishes. Chat up the area’s culinary superstars in the restaurant garden or head over to the food truck rodeo for a sample of some of the Bay Area‘s most popular roaming eats. Attendees can also rub elbows with wine makers and vintner and enjoy their best bottles to pair with the best music and food sampling. Sip and savor your way through dozens of winery tents as you sway to the sounds on all four stages.  Cruise the Craft Beer Zone for delicious beers.

The Festival Box Office is located at the Napa Valley Expo festival grounds, 575 Third Street in Napa. The Box Office will be open from 10am to 8pm from Friday, May 30 to Sunday, June 1.

Will Call is located at the Napa Valley Expo to the left of the main festival gate entrance at 575 Third Street in Napa. Will Call is open from 9am to 8pm Thursday, May 29 to Sunday, June 1.

BottleROCK 2014 festival details:

The festival gates will be open on Friday through Sunday starting at 11:00 a.m.

There are two gate entrances into the festival grounds:

The main festival gate entrance will be located at 575 Third Street (is there a gate at Burnell?)
The VIP Gate, located at the intersection of Juarez and Main Streets is available to VIP, Platinum and media pass holders. It is also an ADA Gate.

In and out privileges will be permitted for Platinum, VIP, and 3-day pass-holders only. Single-day-pass-holders will not be permitted to leave and re-enter the festival. For eligible ticket holders, a non-transferrable bracelet will grant re-entry to the festival grounds.

 Handicap Details for BottleRock Napa:

BottleROCK is accessible to all guests with disabilities, and the venue is fully navigable for people with mobility disabilities. The Napa Valley Expo is a large venue with different terrain between stages, while much of the festival grounds are paved, the fields where stages are located have grass. A onsite ADA lot will be available to patrons with a valid handicap parking permit and appropriate paperwork with matching government identification. Parking is very limited and the spaces will fill up early each day, as with all BottleRock Napa Valley parking, access to the ADA on-site lot is available for $30 a day.

MAP & ON SITE NAVIGATION: Maps and festival programs will be available on site as well as on the Festival’s smartphone app, available for download on Android and Apple. The app can help attendees navigate the festival lineup and food/drink vendors.

CASH OR CREDIT? ATM: You can pay for food, merchandise, and other items at BottleRock with cash, credit, or debit cards. Credit cards are available at all Napa restaurants plus all major bars. But not available at all points of sale. ATM machines will be located throughout the festival site for patrons to access.

STREET CLOSURES: Burnell Street between Fourth and Eighth is closed for festival parking shuttles throughout the weekend. Third Street in front of the Expo will be closed during festival exit hours from around 8 p.m. to approximately 11 p.m. Friday-Sunday.

TRANSPORTATION/PARKING: We encourage all patrons to utilize public transportation, park at off-site BottleRock lots, bicycle, walk, or carpool to the festival. Bicycle Valet is free and located near the Napa Valley Expo at First Street between Juarez and Silverado Trail. Festival parking is at 1025 Kaiser Road in Napa. Parking lots will open at 10:30am, Friday through Sunday and a free shuttle service will be provided from the parking lots to the festival.

ITEMS ALLOWED: Each patron is allowed to bring in one factory-sealed bottle of water. Empty reusable water bottle or CamelBak,. Non-professional recording point and shoot photography equipment. Blankets, beach towels, or collapsible low back chairs are permitted. Other approved items include: sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, binoculars, small backpacks or bags (subject to search), baby strollers, and valid ID for alcohol purchase and Will Call.

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED: For the convenience and safety of all concert attendees, the following items are not permitted on the festival grounds during BottleRock – pets, large backpacks or bags (framed, hiking packs, etc.), carts, tents or chairs of any kind, coolers, grills or picnic baskets, glass containers, roller skates/blades, bikes, scooters, skateboards, metal aerosol cans, including sunscreen, professional camera equipment, video/sound recording devices, cameras with video capabilities,weapons, fireworks or illegal substances. Outside alcoholic beverages and food are not allowed in the festival. A wide variety of food and beverages will be available for purchase on site.

PETS: The only animals allowed inside the venue are service animals as defined by Federal and California law. If you are planning on bringing a service animal please contact us at ada@latitude38ent.com. Upon arriving at the event, you will be directed to register your animal with the ADA Compliance Department located inside the main gate near Festival Information.
