Big Boi Charity Turns into Swarm in the Dominican Republic!

Rapper Big Boi, was out in the Dominican Republic joyriding in a four-wheeler when a group of local boys started begging for money.

Big Boi, who wanted to help out the locals with handing out some cash made a huge mistake because the kids started coming from left and right asking for money. Read on…

CelebNMusic247.com got footage from Everything Georgia who posted the video of Big Boi trying to flee but the boys would not stop running up on him and grabbing his four-wheeler.

In the video clip, you can see that Big Boi was driving a four-wheeler in the middle of the Caribbean nation’s countryside when he came across the group of boys.

As soon as the rest of the boys saw that Big Boi was giving out money, they swarmed his vehicle and wouldn’t let him leave until he gave out every dollar in his pocket. The Atlanta rapper attempted to drive away, but the boys jumped into his vehicle, and wouldn’t allow him to escape.

The country is poverty, so it makes sense why the boys were doing what they did, but it became unsafe for Big Boi and the boys. It was worse then fans swarming for an autograph.

After he was able to get away, Antwon and his wife had a good ole time:

Big Boy Donating $100K to Martin Luther King Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change:

Antwan André Patton, best known as Big Boi, 44, will also join the list of performers who will donate $100k from himself and the NFL. But Big Boi will be making his donation to the Martin Luther King Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change in Big Boi’s hometown of Atlanta.

Their donations were announced before the big game, but we’re told Big Boi always intended to make one too. He just took longer to announce it because he needed time to decide where the money would be put to the best use — and The King Center won out.

In additional news, Big Boi announces new Dungeon Family music and Tour with a new Instavideo:
