We’re glad that Beanie Sigel is still alive but Beanie Sigel Brags About Not Being Killed and now we’re worried that whoever shot him might do it again.

A breathy Sigel who spoke to TMZ live today, saying that the guy who shot him had no clue that he shot a famous rapper, so he feels that it won’t happen again.

He also explained that he is a couple organs short and he is still waiting for his voice to come back, but with one lung his voice may not.

CelebNMusic247.com has this report since Meek Mill brought out Beanie Sigel during his Philadelphia Performance. Meek bragged about dating Nicki Minaj while Sigel was heard saying that “You can’t kill me.”

Meek introduced him to the stage to a crowd of about 20,000 saying:

“They done and sent my n*gga to prison. They done shot my n*gga. But he’s still back holding it down for Philly.” 

According to Vibe, Meek was also joined on stage by Allen Iverson, Yo Gotti, Lil Durk, Jeezy, Fabolous, Rick Ross and French Montana. Meanwhile, fans gave Beans a warm welcome after the rapper suffered various mishaps last year.

Last August, the State Property rapper was released from jail for tax evasion and in December, he was shot in the abdomen.

We reported that Beanie Sigel was Hospitalized being shot in the stomach, then Beanie Sigel Lost A Lung but his Sigel’s Camp denied his Lung Removal and now the Philly rapper confirms that he is short a lung on TMZ live.

We kept you posted while Beanie Sigel was in ICU, but now we can happily say he is home and back on stage performing.

Sigel took to the stage to perform the 1999 track “Do It Again (Put Ya Hands Up).” He was joined by other State Property members, Neef Buck and Young Chris, who performed their fan favorites “No Better Love” and “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop.”
