It appears that many people are upset that actor Alec Baldwin is still a free man and will not be going to jail. Do they realize that what happened on the movie set of RUST was an accident?

Alec Baldwin, who spoke about the tragic incident, did not load the gun and purposely kill someone. He is an actor and prop guns are supposed to be filled with blanks so the actor doesn’t have to worry about injuring anybody.

Unfortunately that didn’t happen, but its the prop-master who should be at fault not Baldwin. Maybe if people on Twitter knew how a movie set works they’d realize they’re wrong for their comments…

It’s a bit shocking but none of us were on set that day. She could had said that because she is the cinematographer trying to get the best angle to film the scene. Now, pulling the trigger is another part, but normally a cinematographer wants to see the action in motion before shooting the scene.
