A-Team TV Reboot With Female Twist!!!
Yes its true after the 2010 big screen adaptation starring Bradley Cooper and Liam Neeson, 20th Century Fox TV is developing an A-Team TV Reboot With Female Twist.
CelebNMusic247.com has this report via TVLine:
20th Century Fox TV is developing a contemporary take on Stephen J. Cannell’s ’80s action series, The A-Team.
No longer a boys’ club, the project — penned by Albert Kim (Sleepy Hollow, Nikita) — will revolve around a diverse team of male and female American Special Forces operatives. Framed for a crime they didn’t commit, the group attempts to clear their names by uncovering the black-ops conspiracy that set them up.

The mission-of-the-week format also finds the team using their singular military skills, high-tech expertise and conflicting individual approaches to help others in need.
Chris Morgan (Fast & Furious) will serve as executive producer alongside Cannell’s daughter, TV director Tawnia McKiernan (Criminal Minds, Grimm).
We just hope that Mr T’s role is still played by a man. We get the female twist, but it really has to be the right person and character that the new series will switch out. The movie was a great remake, and had promise for a sequel, but we haven’t heard of 20th Century Fox revisiting the ideal of a A-Team movie sequel.
We are still hopeful, but time will tell.
The original A-Team aired on NBC from 1983 to 1987.
What do you think? Is an A-Team TV Reboot With Female Twist a good idea or a bad one?
