Chris Bosh Baby Mama using Daughter in Court
Chris Bosh’s baby mama Alison Mathis lost her child support battle against the Miami Heat player when she took him to court two years ago to increase her child support payments.
if you forgot, Chris Bosh’s baby mama Alison Mathis was asking to have her her child support raised from $2,600 a month to $30,000 a month.
Alison had been trying to convince a judge in Florida that Chris is a legal resident of Miami, which would have voided the support agreement put in place by a judge in Texas.
The judge didn’t agree and Chris was just declared a legal resident of Texas so the original child support order stands.
CelebNMusic247.com has learned that in new legal docs for her appeal Alison is asking that the former couple’s 4-year-old daughter Trinity be allowed to take the stand.
The Jasmine Brand dug up a motion filed by Alison last month with a list of witnesses she wants to call to the stand in her defense and Trinity’s name was on the list.
That means Trinity can be questioned in court by both sides.
When will it end???
Bosh and Mathis are still tangled in court.
