The 2014 Billboard Music Awards is finally here! As we wait with bated breath to see the hologram of late pop icon Michael Jackson, stars heat up the Las Vegas red carpet.
The scorching Nevada temperatures call for celebrities to wear as little as possible (no surprise here), which translates into lots of little black dresses (yowza, Jordin Sparks!)
And white hot numbers! But, of course, there are the usual over-the-top outfits (really, Kesha, a ball gown?) that we associate with Sin City.
