Hugh Jackman Continues to Battle Skin Cancer
Hugh Jackman may be the Wolverine with the ability to self heal, but that’s only on the bug screen seen in X-Men: Days of Future Past, because the 45-year-old star is battling skin cancer again.
CelebNMusic247.com is reporting that Jackman alerted his fans posting a photo of his nose bandaged on Thursday with a Instagram picture of himself.
Jackman captioned the snap:
“Another Basal Cell Carcinoma.”
“All out now. Thanks Dr. Albom and Dr. Arian. Please! Please! Wear Sunscreen!”
This is Jackman’s second time dealing with the common form of skin cancer. In November 2013, Jackman posted a similar photo of himself recovering from treatment.
Jackman captioned his November 21 post, referring to his wife’s warning:
“Deb said to get the mark on my nose checked.”
“Boy, was she right! I had a basal cell carcinoma. Please don’t be foolish like me. Get yourself checked. And USE sunscreen!”
