A Meek Mill concert turned into a panic scene when gunshots were fired after therapper’s show, leaving four people wounded and hundreds scrambling for safety.

Police in Delaware said the shooting took place in the early morning hours at a nightclub where rapper Meek Mill had just performed. State police spokesmanSergeant Paul Shavack said police were called to the Moodswing Niteclub inWilmington just before 2 am, finding close to 700 people in the parking lot trying to flee from gunshots. Many of the people were running while others were in their cars trying to escape, police said.
Police found four people who had been shot, all with non-life threatening gunshot wounds. Two of the victims were treated at the scene and then taken to hospitals, while the other two were brought to hospitals by friends.
Troopers said they could hear multiple gunshots and that there was more than one shooter. The shots were fired into the crowd that was at the nightclub to see Meek Mill perform.
Meek Mill was connected to another tragedy this year when his young protege, Lil Snupe, was shot and killed in Winnifield, Louisiana.
Meek Mill discovered Lil Snupe, whose real name was Addarren Ross, after a concert. Snupe gave his demo tape to Meek Mill, who was in a car about to leave. Within 20 minutes Meek Mill returned, and Lil Snupe was signed to his Dream Chasers label.
Police said they have no suspects in the Meek Mill concert shooting and are trying to determine a motive.
