(CelebNMusic247-News) NeNe Leakes Denies Wanting Porsha Axed?
When it comes to NeNe Leakes and her pull on Real Housewives of Atlanta the celebrity reality queen quickly denies any rumors that she had FIRED from the series.
Being the Queen Bee of the Atlanta cast, and with that label comes suspicions that she has a hand in who stays and who gets AXED!
If you remembered during the RHOA reunion show, NeNe Leakes hinted that she would later reveal on “Watch What Happens Live” who was on the chopping block. At the time, Leakes was actually talking about Porsha Stewart, the housewife she now affectionately refers to as her little sister. NeNe later confirmed she changed her mind about wanting Porsha to get the boot, and Bravo decided to bring Porsha back for season six.
NeNe says that contrary to belief, she doesn’t have anything to do with which housewives stay and which ones get fired. In a recent interview with “Sway in the Morning,” the reality star and actress tells Sway Calloway that she doesn’t have that kind of clout with Bravo.
Using the power of denial, NeNe Leakes says:
“I was the first housewife in and I think that’s why people assume that. I was the very first housewife and I referred Kim and Sheree and DeShawn Snow; that was season 1. I don’t have nothing on Bravo. They do their own hiring and firing, so I had no hand in that.”
The I Dream of NeNe star also takes pride in being the last original housewife on the show and says:
“I am the last original housewife standing, so that should tell you a lot.”
