(CelebNMusic247-News) Kevin Hart Dodges Jail Time Over DUI
The comedian/actor/writer behind Real Husbands of Hollywood, Kevin Hart can luckily claim he dodged a bullet in regards to his DUI arrest.
Kevin Hart is currently living out his dreams right now as the comedian, thanks to his scores for his first season of his pseudo reality TV show “Real Husbands of Hollywood” on BET. As well as his success on the big screen with Think Like A Man (2012) and his stand-up comedy film Let Me Explain which has performed extremely well at the box office. However, his personal life is not so funny, he and his wife Torrei Hart called it quits, but remain on very good terms with each other and most recently he was pulled over and arrested for DUI in April 2013.
Kevin was caught speeding on a highway in Los Angeles and the incident had the potential to land him behind bars. Now, TMZ reports that Kevin won’t be facing jail time over the arrest as he pleaded no contest to one count of DUI.

Kevin Hart will NOT sport an orange jumpsuit anytime soon — the comedian cut a deal following his high speed DUI arrest.
TMZ broke the story … Kevin was charged with two counts of DUI stemming from his April bust, after cops say he flew down an LA highway at 90 MPH, almost crashed into a gas tanker and then bombed a field sobriety test. We’re told his BAC was almost TWICE the legal limit — .15.
Kevin just pled no contest to one count of DUI — driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher — in exchange the other count was dropped.
The website goes on to say that Kevin was sentenced to three years probation and will be required to attend alcohol education classes for 3 months.
