Earlier today we reported that DMX was arrested in South Carolina for DUI, which came from TMZ:
We originally reported that highway patrol picked up Earl Simmons aka DMX on Friday morning around 3 AM ET for allegedly driving under the influence. X was in and out of the Greenville County Detention Center pretty quickly … around 4 AM ET. He’s experienced.
Well it seem Darkman X is upset with the accusations and is now clapping back at the media!
DMX’s rep is now speaking out to clear up the facts and set the record straight about what went down with X and the arrest in the early morning hours.

His rep is now claiming the rapper did get arrested and had his mugshot taken, but he didn’t get charged with a DUI.
X’s rep, Domenick Nati, states:
“Allegations about DMX being arrested for drunk driving are false.”
“He was arrested early this morning but quickly released, X was given a Breathalyzer test and easily passed it.”
