50 Cent may soon be shelling out some serious cash for bail money.
The rapper, real name Curtis Jackson, has been charged with domestic violenceafter assaulting his child’s mother in an incident on June 23, TMZ reports.

Jackson, 37, apparently got into a heated altercation with a woman. in her Toluca Lake, Calif., condo. The victim claims that she had locked herself in the bathroom when Jackson became so enraged that he kicked down the door and kicked her.
Police officers were called to the scene after the incident. Jackson has also been accused of smashing furniture, a television, chandeliers and a lamp, amassing some $7,100 in damage.
The gossip website believes the woman in question to be Daphne Joy, a model who Jackson dated for three years.
Should Jackson be convicted on all counts, he’ll be paying $46,000 in fines. He could also face five years in the slammer.
It’s not the first time that Jackson has had baby mama drama.
In 2008, Jackson’s ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins claimed that the rapper was behind a fire that destroyed her Long Island home.
The “P.I.M.P.” singer was later cleared of suspicion.
