Last week Will.I.AM filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against fellow artist Pharrell Williams over his “I Am Other” brand claiming it he jacked the saying.
The Black Eyed Peas leader has a similar “I AM” brand, which has caused a riff in their friendship, because this is a business thang! Later Will.i.am tried to deny the lawsuit and now Pharrell has gone on the attack, firing back with a lawsuit of his own.

According to reports Pharrell has filed legal docs asking a judge to declare that his trademark for “I Am Other” does not infringe on Will.I.Am‘s “I Am” trademark.
Will.I.AM has owned the trademark for “I AM” since 2001.
