When it comes to Blac Chyna’s mother, Tokyo Toni, she is 100% behind her daughter getting that money, fighting a legal battle against the Kardashian Sisters!!!

Despite how the Kardashian sisters feel about Blac Chyna, her mom Tokyo Toni supports her daughter!

Toni showed how much she supports Chyna on Thursday, when she took to Instagram to share this (Post/Delete) message:

Toni said:

“Blacchyna has my support 110% no matter what! You can’t just stop what God has plans for. PS People need to relax. It’s enough shine money TV airtime play selfie sticks and camera footage for everyone! (sic)”

Tokyo Toni also made it clear that if her daughter is put in a position that may hurt her, she will always back her up.

Wow it sounds like Toni will throw down on some Kardashians? Sorry to say, but that would be an awesome girl fight. Especially since Toni is ready to fight for her daughter

Meanwhile, Kris Jenner says there’s nothing to fight about. Rob Kardashian’s mother told Chyna personally that there’s nothing to worry about, according to TMZ. Jenner also reportedly said that the decision to block Chyna’s application for a trademark using the Kardashian name came from their legal counsel and not the family.

Chyna applied to trademark the name “Angela Renee Kardashian,” the name she will be legally using after getting married to Rob. In the papers asking to stop Chyna from trademarking the name, the Kardashians’ legal counsel reportedly said that the sisters have “spent and continue to invest a substantial amount of time, resources and money in protecting, advertising and promoting that ‘Kardashian’ marks.” The documents also said that people have already associated the brand name with the three sisters, and Chyna’s trademark may cause confusion.

Despite Jenner’s assurance that there is nothing for Chyna to worry about, Chyna will become a Kardashian no matter what. She will be Rob’s wife, so she is taking his last name regardless. Kim, Khloe and Kourtney have no say over that.

It sounds like the sisters will have to draw up a legal doc saying that she cannot use the Kardashian name for branding purposes in any way. That they can do!

Blac Chyna’s attorney Walter Mosley says:

“Whether or not anyone has spoken to Angela or whether specifically Kris has spoken to Angela, I do not know at this time. Ultimately none of that matters unless and until the opposition is dropped.”
