Since last summer former NFL baller Chad Johnson has been on a downward spiral!
Chad may still have a big heart thanks to the recent good deed he did for a homeless man, but his domestic violence incident that ended his marriage to ex-wife Evelyn Lozada still haunts him.
In fact, Chad has been quite open about his mistake he wishes he could take back, although he doesn’t really consider it a real marriage since it ended the way it did.
The former Miami Dolphin is still on probation for assaulting the “Basketball Wives” star, and is reportedly bringing more legal issues on himself because he’s not following the guidelines set by his probation officer.
Now its been reported that a warrant was issued for the arrest of the former NFL player because he failed to report to his probation officer.

TMZ has learned … a warrant has been issued for Johnson’s arrest in Broward County, Florida — stemming from his domestic violence conviction involving ex-wife Evelyn Lozada last year.
The Broward County District Attorney’s Office tells us … Johnson has failed to report to his probation officer — a violation of the terms of his probation — and on May 7, a judge issued the warrant.
Once Johnson is taken into custody — a hearing will be set to determine whether Johnson did in fact violate his probation. If he did, it could mean jail time.
