Despite the criticism Jay-Z has received from his new track “Open Letter’ putting the White House in the hot seat yesterday.
Fans’ responses have been mixed since the track dropped, the U.S. Treasury Department to speak on the JayBey situation that there was no communication between the President and rapper about it.
The White House decided to call a press conference to diffuse any controversy surrounding the rapper’s mentioning of President Barack Obama.
Issuing his first tweet in more than two months, Kanye West praised Jay’s brazen latest creation.
Kanye tweeted:
“Our family Hov brought that real hip hop sh*t this morning,”
“So me and Pusha wanna keep that feeling going.”
