(CelebNMusic247-News) First Look At ‘Oz The Great and Powerful‘
if you loved the Wizard of Oz then you’re gonna love the prequel to Judy Garlands classic film. This time around Disney is at the healm again along with the producers of Alice In Wonderland the people behind Spiderman to bring you James Franco as the one and only OZ.
There have been rumors about Oz being made for over 3 years, which one of them was an updated version with Dorthy in present day and OZ being New York. That version has also been rumored to be shelved, because Disney has made a prequel about the mystery of the wicked Witch mixed with visuals like in the brand new image above.
Here’s the Drop:
Oz The Great and Powerful tells the story of how Oscar Wiggs (James Franco) [who] made his way into the Land of Oz. Upon ending up there after his hot air balloon meets a tornado, he meets three witches: Glinda (Michelle Williams), Theodora (Mila Kunis), and Evanora (Rachel Weisz). As Yahoo! states, we know Glinda becomes the Good Witch of the North, but it’s unclear whether Theodora or Evanora will become the green-skinned Wicked Witch of the West.
This movie takes you on a mysterious journey, however, the prequel shows much to offer with stunning visuals, it could possible loss the ”what happens next” value.
We hope not, because CNM247 is anxioualy waiting for the summer release, but this is the first of three parts.
