The out of control pop singer is about to be charged with ANOTHER crime – Guess he’s going for a trifecta of charges. The Biebs can now add Assault to his DUI and resisting arrest.
It’s being reported that Bieberoni is facing assault charges in regard to an incident with a limo driver in December. While it had been rumored that his bodyguard was the one involved in the attack, the spotlight has now focused on Biebs…thanks to THREE sources!

During the investigation, our Canadian troublemaker was apparently acting difficultly and pissing off the police. He didn’t come in for an interview, but now it seems he’s most def going in because we hear he’s headed there to be BOOKED FOR ASSAULT!
He will reportedly show up in the next hour, be booked, given a citation, and released on his own recognizance.
The only difference between the Miami Beach PD and the Toronto police is their keeping everything on the hush!

Justin Bieber’s criminal problems just crossed the border.
The pop star tunred himself in to Toronto cops Wednesday to face a charge in connection with an alleged assault on a limo driver in late December, according to reports.
Bieber, 19, will be charged at a local police station with a notice to appear at a later date, CBC News said.
A call to Toronto Police was not immediately returned Wednesday.
According to cops, a limo driver was driving a group that included the “Boyfriend” singer after they attended a Toronto Maple Leafs hockey game on Dec. 29.
“The limo driver called police saying he was assaulted by one of his fares, and his fare included the entourage of Justin Bieber,” Constable Victor Kwong with theToronto Police Service previously told the Daily News.
He said the driver was not transported to a hospital for treatment.
“He was there,” Kwong said when asked if Bieber was in the limo.Cops declined to disclose the name of the limo driver or his company.
Bieiber was photographed at the Air Canada Centre attending the game with his dad.
Cops investigating the driver’s call later responded to the intersection of Dundas Street West and University Avenue, about five minutes away from the hockey arena, police said.
Attempts to reach Bieber’s camp were not immediately successful.
Bieber was arrested for resisting arrest, DUI and driving with an expired license last Thursday in Miami Beach.
Cops said he was drag racing a rented Lamborghini and that he cussed out his arresting officer with multiple F-bombs before he admitted back at the station that he had smoked pot and consumed both alcohol and prescription medication.
Sounds like Justin better get used to the orange jumpsuit.
