It looks like R&B singer Jacquees may be slapping Miami patrol with a lawsuit after he was arrested for something we all overlook sometimes.

Fans and onlookers that witness the arrest of singer Jacquees are NOT pleased with the way Miami Beach cops handled the arrest.

They took it to another level once the cuffed Jacquees and started brutally yanking him around. Get this, the B.E.D. singer was arrested after he was stopped for driving down Ocean Drive with no seatbelt on.

According to a legal rep, the singer was reportedly asked to pull over, but did not immediately comply… after stopping the car. The source adds, Jacquees allegedly would not follow the officer’s directions.

He was held on $1,000 dollar bail, and was released later that day.

Watch how police aggressively threw him around while cuffed and then put into the cop car. Luckily, he kept calm and smiled during the arrest:

After being released, Jacquees hinted that he may be gearing up for a potential lawsuit against Miami Beach PD!

The reason for the lawsuit comes after one of its officers got rough with him during a traffic stop, according to Jacquees himself.

The singer recorded a video for his fans, and addressed what he calls the “excessive force” a cop used Wednesday while busting Jacquees for allegedly driving without a seat belt.

He stops short of saying he’s suing, but he refers to his legal team — and its advice for him — enough for you to read between the lines. – TMZ
