(CelebNMusic247) MTV Real World: Hollywood Star Found Dead!
In 2008 during his time on ‘Real World: Hollywood,’ Joey Kovar checked into rehab for alcohol and drugs.
Unfortunelty, the star of MTV’s “Real World: Hollywood,” Joey Kovar, was found dead at a friend’s home in Chicago Friday morning.
The reality star was only 29 years old.
Kovar’s body was found by a female friend who reportedly discovered the former reality star and noticed blood coming out of his ears and nose.
Family members allegedly believe drugs are to blame for the death of Kovar. Joey had been struggling with an addiction to cocaine and ecstasy since 2010. In 2010 he appeared on “Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew.”
During his time on the “Real World” in 2008, Kovar checked into a treatment facility for alcohol and drugs after his roommates staged an intervention. It was during this time when he publicly admitted his struggles with substance abuse.
