Kim Kardashian Ruled Legally Single; After Kanye’s Vow!
It’s official a judge has sided with Kim Kardashian and has ruled her to be legally single…
CelebnMusic247.com reports that during Tuesday’s hearing, Kim appeared via video conference but according to TMZ, Kanye West was not present.
As we previously reported, Kanye had been fighting the divorce but Kim asked the judge to speed up the process because she said their marriage was beyond repair.
Why Kim Kardashian Wanted Divorce Expedited:
Kim went on to say that the marriage being officially terminated in court “will help Kanye accept” that their relationship is over, and aid them with “peacefully co-parenting.”
Kardashian also acknowledged that Ye does not want their marriage to end, saying in the filing:
While I wish our marriage would have succeeded, I have come to the realization that there is no way to repair our marriage. Kanye does not agree but at least it appears that he has come to the realization that I want to end our marriage, even if he does not.
Kim’s legal documents reads:
I very much desire to be divorced. I have asked Kanye to keep our divorce private, but he has not done so. Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private family matters and co-parenting on social media which has created emotional distress. I believe that the court terminating our marital status will help Kanye to accept that our marital relationship is over and to move forward on a better path which will assist us in peacefully co-parenting our children.
While I wish our marriage would have succeeded, I have come to the realization that there is no way to repair our marriage. Kanye does not agree but at least it appears that he has come to the realization that I want to end our marriage, even if he does not. I ask that the Court restore me to the status of a single person so that I can begin the healing process and so that our family can begin the healing process and move forward in this new chapter in our lives.

The Reason Behind Kim and Kanye’s Divorce:
Kim Kardashian cited “irreconcilable differences” in the legal paperwork, and later admitted that Kanye, who now goes by Ye, moving to Wyoming and living in an entirely different state from her and their four children was a large factor in her decision.
This makes sense why Kanye has vow’d to work to speed up his divorce from Kim Kardashian.
In a statement shared with Hollywood Unlocked, the rapper said:
I’ve asked my team to expedite the dissolution of my marriage to Kim so I can put my entire attention into our beautiful children.
