Eazy-E’s Daughter Asks Dr. Dre For Eazy-E Tribute at Super Bowl Halftime!
Ebie said she knows that fitting five major stars into a 20-minute time slot is tough, but a simple shout-out or a “RIP Eazy-E” would mean the world to her. You would think that is the least Dre could do since NWA put him on the map.
CelebnMusic247.com reports as you already know, Dre and Eazy were both founding members of N.W.A. so it only sounds right.
However, Dre and Eazy had a falling out that ultimately ended the group. Dr. Dre went on to Death Row Records which also ignited away with Eazy.
After Dre had a realization that Suge Knight was no longer a good fit, he moved on and created Aftermath.
While Eazy continued on with his career. In 1995, E passed away due to complications from AIDS, right before NWA decided that they would reconcile with plans to reunite as a group.
Lamar has also spoken poignantly about the immense impact his predecessor had on his career.
The “King Kunta” rapper wrote back in 2015, said:
I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for Eazy.
The bottom line says with potentially 100 million viewers watching the highly-anticipated show, she hopes a shout-out will underscore her father’s contributions to the culture and keep his name alive in the city where gangsta rap was born.
Ebie reportedly told TMZ that if her father were still alive today, he would probably be a part of the Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show.
She also said that Eazy-E would be “proud” to see an extension of himself on stage, representing Compton.
We feel it’s only right Eazy-E is mentioned.
What we are wondering now is if Ice Cube and 50 Cent will be surprise guests???
Do you agree with Eazy-E’s Daughter?
