Tonight at the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards, Taylor Swift took the stage to play “Lover” for the first-time ever.

Earlier today it was everyone was talking about Taylor Swifts diary entry about Kanye West rudely interrupting her acceptance speech when he felt that Beyonce was more deserving.

Taylor’s performance of “Lover” marks her first televised performance since the release of her new album Lover and her first time performing at the VMAs since 2015.

For her performance of “You Need to Calm Down,” Taylor was joined by Todrick Hall, who starred in the single’s music video.

Tonight should be very exciting especially if your a Tay Tay fan because Swift is the most-nominated artist at the 2019 VMAs, tied with Ariana Grande with 10 nods each. Swift’s single “You Need to Calm Down” is up for Video of the Year and Song of the Year.

Somewhere right about now Kanye West is grabbing his head in infamy screaming why MTV what about me??? We doubt he is promoting Beyonce anymore since he and Jay are NOT as close as they were.

Anyways, we have a feeling Taylor will nab 5 – 7 MTV Astronaunts tonight.
