Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. is in a world of trouble after he was accused of sexual assault by a New York City woman who is described as “Caucasian.”

CelebNMusic247.com reports that police are investigating the woman’s claim that actor Cuba Gooding Jr. inappropriately touched her breast inside a Manhattan club Sunday night.

The 30-year-old woman reportedly called police on the actor and told them that Cuba Gooding Jr. grabbed her breast while they were talking at around 9 p.m. at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge on 7th Avenue in Midtown.

We understand the MeToo movement, but this is ridiculous. If he did touch her boob, its all about how he did it. If they were kissing that happens. If she is trying to claim that is was sexual assault, then this is a money grab because he’s famous.

The reports continue to reveal that the woman claims that Cuba was “highly intoxicated” and that he propositioned her.

She claims that she refused his advances, and that is when the woman said that Cuba grabbed her breast.

It was also revealed that the two got into an argument and that security had to step in and break up the incident.

The NY Post claims that police are looking into criminal charges against the actor.

PageSix reports the 51-year-old actor was caught on video leaving the club soon after the incident and the woman called 911 around 1 a.m. – Responding cops searched the area for Gooding but did not find him. The case was referred to the NYPD Special Victims Division, the sources said. The New York Police Department is investigating claims that actor Cuba Gooding Jr. groped a woman.

Following the incident, social media posts showed Gooding at the hotspot inside the Moxy Hotel Times Square in a torn button-down shirt and belting out.

Sounds like Cuba is screwed.
