Allegedly, his doctor was negligent and repeated prescribed Chris medications that clouded his thought process and could have caused his actions to take his own life, CelebNMusic247.com has learned.
TMZ had obtained a document that allegedly said that the doctor was giving large doses of lorazepam, AKA Ativan. It is an anti-anxiety drug which is commonly given. Chris was supposedly given he medication without being examined.
The toxicology reports performed on the late Soundgarden frontman found traces of several drugs, although the drugs were not reported as the cause of death. Unfortunately, when Chris was discovered deceased, his death was ruled as a suicide.
There have just been too many suicides. Whether it is drugs, mental illness or foul play, this needs to stop. We are losing too many loved ones to suicide.
