CelebNMusic247.com is hearing that the Cardi B and Nicki Minaj beef is over the official version of “Drip” by Cardi B which originally featured Future.
Now, Jason Lee over at Hollywood Unlocked says he has the reference track proving that fact if anyone wants to contest what he is saying, which you can hear him say below:
Basically, “Drip” by Cardi B was changed after Future dropped out of the track and Migos jumped on.
Cardi B has continued to say that Nicki has been hating behind the scenes like Machine Gun Kelly talking about Eminem. For some reason some artsits get real ugly behind the scenes when the see their spot being taken over.
The original version of “Drip” with Hendrix remains a mystery. According to the site, Future was forced to bounce on the trackif he wanted to tour with Nicki.
Even Page Six is reporting the news from HU claiming that Nicki actually prohibited Future from staying on the track. This would tie into Cardi’s claims that her rival is “hating behind-the-scenes” and holding people back. Lee also says that Migos were not supposed to be on the song
Future was scheduled to be co-headlining the NICKIHNDRXX Tour, which has since been postponed to begin next year.
