CelebNMusic247.com has learned that things got worse for Vince Vaughn, because not only did he get a DUI, he was also sighted for resisting arrest.

Vince Vaughn and an unidentified male passenger encountered police at a routine checkpoint set up by local authorities, reports Insiders.

TMZ is reporting that the men reportedly caused trouble by not following orders and by refusing to exit the vehicle.

What happened next? Well, they didn’t get shot (because they’re white). Instead, Vaughn was arrested for misdemeanor DUI and obstruction. His passenger was arrested for public intoxication and obstruction.

By early Sunday morning, both men were released after posting bail.

Neither, Vaughn or Manhattan Beach police have commented.

All we can say is Manhattan Beach is the last place you want to be driving drunk.

Vaughn apparently was cutting loose on Saturday night since he’s been grinding. He has three movies in the works right now. The Insane Laws, The Risk Agent and Give Us This Day which is currently filming. The project is written and directed by Jeff Zimbalist, and Michael Zimbalist.
