Over the weekend a woman by the name of Tisa Seals filed a lawsuit against Beyonce claiming she’s the mother of Blue Ivy, now Beyonce Publicist Releases Statement About Surrogate!

CelebNMusic247.com has learned via our friends over ad Fameolous.com that a source reveals that Beyonce publicist released a statement addressing the claim by Tisa Seals.

Here is what we are hearing from Radar Online who obtained the court filings.

In a lawsuit filed in U.S. district court in New York July 14, Tina Seals stated that she would drop all claims to Blue Ivy Carter, the couple’s daughter, if the superstar parents compensate her for services and if Knowles helps her with her music career by arranging and promoting one to five CDs of her songs, according to Radar Online.

Seals said in court documents that she is currently homeless and unemployed, but she wanted confirmation she is the actual mother and named Jay Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, as a defendant in the lawsuit, according to a copy of the suit posted by Radar Online.

Here is Beyonce’s publicist statement according to Hiphophangover:

“It saddens me to upset my loyal fans and followers, but this has been weighing on me for sometime. I have decided to come clean about my pregnancy with Blue. I never carried her physically, but emotionally she was apart of me the entire nine months. Again I apologize for deceiving my loved ones. We arranged a surrogate and we thought we compensated her appropriately…

…But now she has come out with allegations about being my husbands mistress and trying to capitalize on marriage rumors in hopes of getting more.”Beyoncé’s publicist declined to actually comment on a specific name of the surrogate, but all evidence points to model/rapper Liv, who created a music video aimed at Beyoncé and Jay-Z.”

UPDATE: Remember this is NOT  the first time doubts about Knowles pregnancy have been raised. In October 2011, some questioned the singer’s baby bump after her appearance on the Australian talk show “Sunday Night HD,” according to ABC News.

ABC News reported via NewsMax:

“As Beyonce sat down, her mid-section appeared to collapse, causing some to wonder if she’s wearing a prosthetic belly.”

“The video’s fueling the rumor that Jay-Z’s wife hired a surrogate to carry their first child.”

At the time, Knowles publicist Yvette Noel-Schure told ABC News in a statement that the charge was “stupid, ridiculous and false.”

We want to point out that Seals is known  filing claims against Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, in connection with their daughter, and Janet Jackson in connection with Michael Jackson’s kids.
