CelebNMusic247.com has just caught wind that Akon decided to weigh in on the guy who was spotted holding a sign that reads “Blacks for Trump 2020!”
Akon thinks the guy holding the “Blacks for Trump” sign at his Phoenix rally has sold himself, and the sad part is that the black community is out to make a quick buck.
Akon got stopped by TMZ cameras at LAX to weigh in and express his thoughts on Michael Symonette, the lone black dude behind Trump on Tuesday.
The R&B singer/producer gave his 2 cents on Michael Symonette, calling it as he sees it, just a case of sell-your-soul. He feels other Republicans are also playing the game to protect Trump.
Akon is quick to judge without knowing #FACTS!
It’s interesting that he tries painting Michael as someone who only supports Trump for an alleged payoff.
TMZ has a brief report on Symonette, who goes by several names Michael Symonette, Maurice Woodside and Mikael Israel, past:
Maurice Symonette was once a member of the Yahweh ben Yahweh cult, led by preacher, Hulon Mitchell Jr. — who was federally charged in 1990 with conspiracy in multiple killings, one of which included a beheading in the Everglades.
Symonette was linked to 10 other cult members. He was charged in the ’90s for allegedly conspiring to commit 2 murders … this after his brother told jurors Michael helped beat one man and jammed a stick into another guy’s eye.
He was later found not guilty.
He also runs a website accusing “ISIS & HILLARY RACE WAR PLOT TO KILL ALL BLACK & WHITE WOMEN OF AMERICA” … among other racially charged allegations.
Michael Symonette is more of a radical then a sellout. Either Trump made a good placement call or Michael made sure to be seen by millions wearing a T-shirt proclaiming with equal conviction that “TRUMP & Republicans Are Not Racist.”
The obvious Trump supporter also made sure the black community saw his sign “BLACKS FOR TRUMP” while he plugs his wild website, Gods2.com, across his chest.
Meanwhile, Tami Roman issued a Warning To “Simple Minded White People.”
Though, Akon is making a valid point about what the country is looking like these days:
