Here is the 8 Things Jim Jones Was Incorrect About:

8. The America’s MOST Wanted – Jim explained he was on the list, NOPE it was Carlos Zoo Thompson!

The person who landed on America’s Most Wanted was Carlos Zoo Thompson, A former Diplomats affiliate. Jim Jones was NEVER on America’s MOST Wanted. Zoo was arrested in 2009 after being on the run for more than three years. Carlos was brought up because of the beef between Cam’ron and Jim Jones.

Carlos “Zoo” Thompson was arrested in Sayreville, New Jersey in 2009. In 2005, Thompson and a group of Dipset enforcers approached 15-year-old, Phoenix Garrett because he was selling bootleg Dipset CDs in New York City. Thompson told Phoenix to stop selling the bootleg CDs but the teen refused. Carlos advised one of his associates to grab a gun from his. Thompson gave 13-year-old, L’mani Delima the gun and told him to shoot Phoenix.

7. The “Tricky Ricky” T-Shirt calling Jim Jones a Trick hurt him deeply.

The straw that broke the camels back and started the drama between Cam and Jomo was the T-Shirt. Jim Jones had just started dating Chrissy Lampkin. Cam’ron was unaware Jim was head over heels for her so he clowned him by making a T-Shirt calling Jim a Trick. Cam’ron made shirts with “Tricky Ricky” on the front of it to make fun of Jim. Cam passed the shirts out to multiple members in prison and in the industry. It hurt Jim deeply and that is what started the fallout.

6. Jim Jones Became Petty after T-Shirt incident.

Cam also explains that after the T-Shirt fallout, Jim Jones became petty about everything. He wanted their mutual friends to pick sides or he wouldn’t work with them. He states that Jim still is that way, holding a grudge. Most recently Capo gave their videographer an ultimatum.

5. Cam’Ron NEVER stole from Jim Jones; They had no contract

Jim spoke about being robbed by Cam. Cam explains that they NEVER had a contract. They have the same Lawyer becuase Cam hooked Jim up with his attorney. His was his brother and he loved him they made paper off his first album and then Jim was to do his own thing. At the time Jim was Cam’s Hype man. he was NOT a rapper. Cam reiterates that he NEVER stole any money from Capo, because they NEVER had a contract for him to receive royalities. Cam got the deal, and he wanted to make sure his fam all got paid.

4. Mase taught Jim Jones how to rap:

Mase was the one who taught Jim Jones how to rap. Cam and Mase came from the same area. They were tight for years before he knew Jim. When Mace got signed to Bad Boy he was the big dude in Harlem. He is the guy who introduced Cam to Biggie. From there Cam was brought in and got signed. During that time Jim, who was Cam’s Hype man, learned how to rap thanks to Mase, but it was short lived because Mase and Jomo fell out. Shortly after Cam’ron and Mase stopped speaking because he was acting funny. New money, new attitude.

3. Cam’ron Gun Charges

When it comes to landing a gun charge, Jim was NOT the one who landed anything. Cam’ron was the one. Back in 2002, Cam was driving a Range Rover in Manhattan, New York. He got pulled over by NYPD for a traffic violation. A police officer saw marijuana in the vehicle, so they searched the car. The cop found a gun (a 22-caliber pistol), so Cam’ron, born Cameron Giles was arrested. He was charged for gun possession, illegal parking pass and possession of marijuana. The only reason Cam brought this up is to clarify who got the gun charge, which Jim claimed was his charge.

2. Mendeecees and Jim Jones Feud was NOTHING, they NEVER fought:

When it comes to the fight with Mendeecees Harris, there was none like Jim Jones explained to Funkmaster Flex. What happened, this according to Mendeecees is Jim cam to his projects wanting talk to him over a fight that happened between Yandy and Chrissy. The incident happened in Florida. Mends says that after that Capo continued to try to confront him, he would be all loud. When he got in Mendeecees face like something was going to go down, he turned around and ran. Mendeecees says he went under a car telling Harris to leave him alone.

1. Cam’ron NEVER tried to Sabotage Jim’s career:

When it comes to Cam trying to sabotage Jim Jones career in the music industry. Cam says that is NOT true either. He supported Jim’s career and even told people that Ballin was the cut and Jim would be huge. Cam reveals that he tried to get him signed with Rock-A-Fella, but they said no, they only saw Jim as a Hype man. Jim went to Kotch and landed himself his own deal. When Ballin came out Cam was proud and everyone was like damn we should have listened to him.
