Independence Day 2 First Look!!!

Hooray, David Levinson is back in our Independence Day 2 First Look thanks to Producer Dean Devlin who posted a photo of himself and Jeff Goldblum.

Although, CelebNMusic247.com only has this first look on the set of Independence Day 2, we can confirm that blue screen will be involved.

The photo of Dean Devlin and Jeff Goldblum are in front of a big blue screen.

Even still, it’s great to see Goldblum – who played such an integral role in the original film – back on set in what likely is not the last of Devlin’s peeks behind the scenes as production continues.

Earlier this year, Devlin announced that he had Goldblum in mind from the start for the sequel. Let’s be serious what would Independence Day 2 be without Jeff Goldblum?

Devlin wrote:

“Roland and I actually wrote the part with Jeff in mind. When we were writing the script I would say his lines out loud to @rolandemmerich doing my best Goldblum imitation ???? #IndependenceDay”

The Independence Day sequel is set for release on June 24, 2016 and includes other returning cast members Vivica A. Fox, Brent Spiner, Sela Ward and Bill Pullman.
