Suge Knight’s Bail Request Denied!!!

Once again, Suge Knight’s attorney tried to get his bail lowered from $10 million to $5 million but Suge Knight’s Bail Request Denied.

CelebNMusic247.com got word today that Suge Knight will not get the deep deep discount he wants on bail, he will NOT pass go, but he will be heading to trial.

Today a judge denied Knight’s request during Knight’s arraignment where he pled not guilty to murder.

The court previously reduced bail from $25 million to $10 million, but Suge wanted a judge to knock it down even more … to $5 million. During Thursday morning’s hearing … the judge stood at $10 mil.

Suge walked on his own into court, but did use a wheelchair when he left. He previously complained he was embarrassed because deputies forced him to use the chair.

Knight is charged with murdering Terry Carter during a confrontation which was captured on video. Suge claims he ran over Carter in self-defense.

A judge on Thursday set a July trial date for a murder case against Marion “Suge” Knight that was filed after the former rap music mogul ran over two men earlier this year.

Los Angeles Superior Court Ronald Coen said Knight’s trial will begin July 7 unless a motion is made to continue it for a later date. He set aside 16 court days to hear the case and said potential jurors will be prescreened about their ability to serve before they get to the courtroom.
