Greg Hardy Involved In Verbal Altercation with Teammate!!!
Dallas Cowboys defensive end Greg Hardy Involved In Verbal Altercation with Teammate Davon Coleman during OTAs, while he’s appealing a 10-game suspension handed down by the NFL.
CelebNMusic247.com has learned about Hardy’s altercation with teammate Davon Coleman and now Mike Garafolo and Alex Marvez of Fox Sports providing more details on the incident:
The dispute between Hardy and Coleman arose from Hardy’s questioning Coleman’s effort during conditioning drills, a source said. The situation escalated when, according to a source, Coleman took a dig at Hardy’s domestic violence issues.
“[Coleman] called him a woman beater,” the source said.

Hardy is working out with his new teammates after signing with the team earlier this month. He was suspended 10 games for a violation of the league’s personal conduct policy following charges of domestic abuse last year, though he’s permitted to take part in the team’s offseason program.
Coleman’s agent, Michael Loeffler, confirmed there was a confrontation between Hardy and his client, though Loeffler said it was only a verbal argument and not a physical fight. Sources said teammates got in between the two players before the argument could escalate.
Rainer Sabin of The Dallas Morning News passed along comments on the altercation from Loeffler, who called it “much ado about nothing” and added, “I think this is getting blown out of proportion. Nobody had to physically step in and separate them.”
Meanwhile, Dan Hanzus of NFL.com reported earlier in the week that the league felt it found enough credible evidence to suspend Hardy. The decision came despite the domestic-violence case against him in North Carolina being dropped in February.
“The NFL’s investigation concluded that Hardy violated the Personal Conduct Policy by using physical force against Nicole Holder in at least four instances,” read a statement released as part of the suspension announcement (via Hanzus).
Bob Glauber of Newsday reported that NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell was not aware of the incident at Cowboys OTAs and wanted more information before making a statement:
The Cowboys received a lot of attention for signing Hardy amid what was, at the time, an ongoing league investigation into that situation. The fact he’s now reportedly been involved in an altercation with a teammate this early in his Dallas career doesn’t paint a positive picture.
If the suspension holds following the appeal, Hardy won’t be eligible to play until the team’s Week 12 clash with his former squad, the Carolina Panthers.
