CelebnMusic247.com reports that less than two months after expressing his desire to cast Mo’Nique in one of his shows, 50 Cent has come through on his promise.
50 Cent took to Instagram on Monday to reveal that Mo’Nique will join the cast of the upcoming season of Starz’s BMF.
The mogul wrote, introducing Mo’Nique’s new character:
Guess who I got in BMF this season GOLDIE! GLG GreenLightGang I don’t miss, THE UNDER DOG’s BACK ON TOP.

The news arrives just a few weeks after 50 urged Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry to apologize for allegedly “blackballing” Mo’Nique from the industry.
We love 50 Cent for this.
He wrote in an Instagram post, before asking them to apologize to the actress:
I’m sure Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry would not want to continue to allow their influence to damage @therealnoworldwide career and this has gone on for way to long.
So now would be a great time to apologize because i’m gonna put her back on.

Fif subsequently clarified that he spoke with Perry about Mo’Nique concerning the situation and said that the filmmaker told him that he doesn’t have any problems with the comedian/actress.
I talk to Tyler today he told me he never told anyone not to hire @therealmoworldwide and he is happy i decided to work with her,” 50 wrote. “He said he couldn’t speak for Oprah but he is sure she is fine with monique and has even brought her up for things monique has no idea about. I’m so happy for Mo right now!
