Will Smith Says Bad Boys 3 Coming In 12 – 16 Months!!!

Will Smith has been doing other stuff over the past years, but one thing is certain Will Smith Says Bad Boys 3 Coming In 12 – 16 Months.

CelebNMusic247.com has a few things to report on Mr. Smith and what he’s up to, besides the other stuff:

First Will Smith announced that he has recorded 30 new song, with “six or seven” that he really likes, and plans to go on tour with DJ Jazzy Jeff in 2016. Yes its true the The Fresh Prince aka Will Smith is planning to go on tour with DJ Jazzy Jeff next summer for what will be the greatest nostalgia trip for ’90s kids since the MC Hammer tour.

While speaking to Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 radio show Smith says he wants to bring Jeff along because they never went on a proper tour together back in the day. Apparently, he was too busy with all the beloved TV shows and movies he was making in the ’90s.

Of course, everybody will be there to hear “Parents Just Don’t Understand” and the theme song from Fresh Prince anyway, so he doesn’t really need to bother with that.

But what about the upcoming Bad Boys 3 movie which we previously spoke about?

Despite the many stops and starts Bad Boys 3 has gone through over the years, Will Smith says expect to see it completed the near future. For real this time.

He revealed to Beats 1’s Zane Lowe:

“There’s a very, very, very strong possibility that you will be seeing a Bad Boys within the next 12-16 months.”

Assuming Smith’s estimate is accurate, that means we’re looking at a late 2016 or early 2017 release for the long-gestating comedy sequel. We put our money on 2017 summer release, but it is currently slated for February 17, 2017.

Joe Carnahan has been recruited to write the Bad Boys 3 script, but it’s not yet clear if he’ll also direct.
