CelebnMusic247.com reports Wolfgang Van Halen had asked for respect and privacy during his time of loss as he has been piecing his life back together after losing his best friend and dad, Eddie Van Halen of the powerhouse rock band Van Halen.

Well, Eddie Van Halen’s son Wolfgang Van Halen is making the heaven shin bright with his debut single “Distance” which has made number one on the first day of release.

Wolf dropped a video of home footage of Eddie with him as a baby and little boy. In the video, you see how much Eddie influenced his son and was his idol. Like his father, Wolfgang is equally talented and has a great voice as he belts out his emotionally moving song Distance.

Valerie Bertinelli who goes by @Wolfiesmom on social media couldn’t be more proud of him. And somewhere Eddie is smiling down on his boy, cheering for his success.
