Turk Suing Cash Money For 1.3 Million!?!

Birdman has his hands full with Lil Wayne and Tyga suing him but now Turk Suing Cash Money For 1.3 Million and Cash Money has 3 weeks to respond.

With all the lawsuits in play, upaid artists, producers, writers, and more, Birdman joins the league of fallen moguls like Suge Knight and the fall of Death Row, Irv Gotti and the demise of Murda Ink and Jermaine Dupri and the end of the old Def Jam.

Like Wayne and Tyga, Birdman’s former Hot Boy, Turk is looking to sue Cash Money for unpaid royalties.

Here’s what CelebNMusic247.com is reporting on the newest lawsuit in the long list of legal problems Birdman’s Cash Money label is facing:

As a former member of Hot Boys, Turk’s fortunes didn’t exactly pan out like Lil Wayne’s after the group fell apart. It looks like him and Weezy still have a few things in common though, because they’re both looking to sue Cash Money.

Wayne is currently demanding Birdman’s label for a sum of $51 million in damages related to a delayed Carter V release date, while Turk’s suit pales in comparison, but is still pretty substantial.

Turk is asking for $1.3 million in unpaid royalties, according to TMZ who reports that Turk claims that Birdman and Co. did some “shady accounting” and didn’t disclose his full earnings.

Like Lil Wayne, he’s also asking that his Cash Money contract be voided.

In a new discovery via AHH Cash Money Has Three Weeks To Respond Turks suit or else:

We hope this works out for Turk because if you’ve been watching Empire when Cookie’s cousin demanded his $2 million Lucius responded with a bullet to his head.

Here is what Turk, born Tab Virgil Jr., told AllHipHop yesterday:

He has summoned Cash Money to respond to his lawsuit within the next three weeks. “If they don’t answer by March 11, it will be declared a default judgment,” said the former Hot Boy. The ball is now in Cash Money’s court. We’ll keep you updated on Birdman’s next move.
