(CelebNMusic247-News) True Blood The Sun Recap

The Blood is starting to flow in episode 2 of season 6!

We opened with the man we can now assume is Warlow (and not a sharp-toothed pirate) making his way through to this dimension. That’s why the contract on Sookie‘s bedstand had lit up apparently.

On tonight’s episode of True Blood:

As for Jason, last we left off with him heading for a crash. Well that never happens because the gray-haired man Jason had thought was Warlow used his light to stop the car he’d abandoned Jason in from crashing. Jason told the man to prepare to meet his maker. Jason ends up meeting his Fiery Grandfather played by Blade Runner‘s Rutger Hauer.

While  Pam De Beaufort is by Tara’s side after she got shot last week. Eric returns with Nora just in time to get the silver bullet that emits UV light out of Tara before it was too late, while Pam goes off saying, it was baking her like a rotisserie. Once they find out that the government has made bullets to kill vamps, he says “If the humans want war, we’ll give them war.” Next, Eric tells Nora to scour the vampire Bible and try again to figure out what kind of monster Bill is — and then he left.

Jessica hears Bill screaming, so she runs to his aid only to her him talk in circles saying that he could feel all the vampires’ pain: One was being whipped, one was being burned alive, and one was being dragged behind a truck. He said he couldn’t help them, and then he went catatonic as Jessica wept and tried to get him to wake up.  Then three bloody models we’d seen run into Bill’s body in the final moment of the season premiere had escorted “him” to No Place to see Lilith, who’s now clean and clothed — though the gauzy gown is see-through so we can see her hooha, for some reason. She told him he doesn’t get to be just Bill Compton anymore. Something has begun. Events have been set in motion.

Bilith discovers that he is not a God, but a vessel of change. Right off Lilith summons him to no where to tell him who he is and what he has become. While his vamp body lay lifeless in his study Jessica orders out for a tasty human snack for Bilith. Instead he drains her blood and breaks all her bone in her body without a single touch.

As for Arlene, her storyline is minimal as she is stuck working at Merlotte’s, where dead Patrick’s pregnant wife showed up to ask Terry if Patrick had run out on her. Terry is about to her the truth but Arlene segways and tells her Patrick skipped out on her. Andy Bellefleur is out in the middle of a field with his four fiery baby’s who are rapidly growing yelling for his fiery baby mama. He is left scratching his head and questioning his parenting.

While Sookie is walking to work she stumbles across a man in the woods and take him home. She finds out that he too is a half fairy. Which looks to be a new storyline and romance for the vampire lover.

Sam has his own troubles trying to keep a low profile for the safety of Emma, who was having a fabulous dress-up tea party with babysitter Lafayette at Sam’s house. Sam is approached  by a hipster named Nicole Wright, co-founder of the Vampire Unity Society, and she wants Sam to come out publicly and tell his story to inspire other supernatural creatures to do the same. Which could also lead to a romantic relationship for Sam as well.  Sam thought she didn’t know anything about his life in Louisiana, but she earned some cred revealing that her white grandmother and black grandfather came down to the deep South to end segregation and started the Civil Rights Movement.

When Sam get home, he is approached by Emma werewolf Grandmother and the wolf pack leader Alcide Herveaux demanding Emma needs to be with her own kind. A fight breaks out, Emma is taken and Nicole and her Los Angeles hipster team is hiding in the bushes taking pictures and video.

Basically Alcide got mean. Bill got burned. Eric went undercover. Sookie met a new suitor.

Tonight had a lot going on, but like all True Blood season’s they like to build a foundation and then by episode 6 all hell breaks loose and goes extreme.

This season to me is already very interesting so we hope you stay tuned to find out what happens next.
