Teresa Giudice Stunned By 15 Month Sentence!!!

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice Stunned By 15 Month Sentence after a judge decided against probation due to omitting her business and over $75k in monies.

You might think that Teresa Giudice punishment was harsh and wrongful of Judge Esther Salas, whow didn’t play when she noticed what was missing since it was Teresa Giudice Omissions that landed her in prison! Here is what we have learned since last week. Teresa left out all of her business that she built while on the Real Houswives of New Jersey. Everything was documented on the series so when the Judge Salas went to cross check her list of financials, she noticed that Teresa left out all of her companies, Skinny Jeans, She luckily landed 15 months in prison because prosecutors recommended 21 months. She will be able to spend the holidays with the family and her kids to get things in order before she has to turn herself in on January 5th 2015.  Judge Salas did allow Teresa to serve her sentencing first so Joe Giudice can stay home with the children until she gets out in March of 2016. Hopefully for Teresa, they let her out sooner for good behavior or over crowding in the prison system, but as of now she will have to serve her full time. Teresa Giudice is now speaking out admitting during a tell-all interview with Andy Cohen on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live,” which airs Monday at 9 p.m.

“I was so nervous, I was shaking,” the “Real Housewives of New Jersey”

“My nerves were shot. I’ve had sleepless nights. I was shocked. It was very unexpected. I don’t know what to say.”

The disheveled reality star continued, as her husband, Joe, looked on quietly: “It’s time for me to wake up.” Cohen then asked if she’d been in denial, so Teresa, 42, responded:

“I do need to read things before I sign them…I do need to understand things before I sign them. … I’m a trustworthy person. Sometimes I take what other people say. … I can’t do that anymore.”

Like we reported above Teresa will begin her sentence on Jan. 5 and Joe, who will serve 41 months behind bars in addition to facing possible deportation, will be tasked with taking care of the couple’s four young daughters. That includes day-to-day matters, which Teresa says she primarily handles. As for their 13-year-old daughter, Gia, she will be help her father, 43. Teresa says Gia told her:

“‘It’s going to be OK. … Don’t worry about it. I’ll be there. I’ll help Daddy with the girls.’”

This is a lot for any child or tween to handle, so Gia will receive counseling once a week at school, Teresa revealed. Close friends of Teresa have said “She’s not doing well,” according to a source who knows Teresa. They revealed to PEOPLE. The star has kept a low profile since she and husband Joe Giudice, who was sentenced to 41 months, pleaded guilty to mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud. Husband Joe arrived separately to the taping. Wearing sunglasses, a light brown suit, pink button-down shirt and tie, he didn’t speak as he headed inside. WWHL host Andy Cohen told PEOPLE it was, “Emotional. Very emotional.” Source 1 Source 2 Source 3
