Tekashi69 Arrested for Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations ActCelebNMusic247.com reports that Tekashi69 was arrested Sunday night by federal agents in NYC.

6ix9ine, his old manager, Shottie, whose real name is Kifano Jordan and two other associates on charges dating back to 2013.

The Daily News reports [via BallerAlert]:

The 17-count indictment claims the rainbow-haired rapper and his crew committed a slew of crimes to maintain the gang Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods’ “power, territory, and profits.”

In fact, according to the indictment, on April 3, Tekashi, Jordan and two others, identified as Jensel Butler and Raheem Walter robbed a rival gang at gunpoint. Meanwhile, on April 21, another member of 6ix9ine’s crew, who has been identified as Fuguan Lovick, fired a shot inside the Barclays, as a result of Tekashi’s beef with rapper Casanova.

On July 16, 6ix9ine, Jordan, Butler and Walter conspired to kill “an individual who had shown disrespect to Nine Trey” but the plan failed, and an innocent bystander was shot. In addition to all of that, members of Nine Trey also sold heroin, fentanyl, MDMA and weed across three boroughs, the indictment reports.

With this most recent arrest, the rapper may be facing even more legal issues, as the judge in his other cases warned him to stay out of trouble. At this point, Tekashi’s fate remains to be seen.
