This woman is relentless, she has filed a motion for a new trial in her child custody case on the grounds that the judge is biased

No, the judge based it on the evidence given and notice how underhanded and shady Tameka was acting during the custody battle.

Word is, Usher‘s attorney John Mayoue has won every case he ever tried in Judge Bensonetta Tipton-Lane’s court room and he also happens to have raised 83% of the contributions made to Judge Tipton-Lane’s reelection campaign, according to Straight from the A.

Tameka’s motion states Tipton-Lane did not disclose that information before the start of the child custody hearing.

Seems she will stop at nothing to defame her ex-Usher and continue to waste money in court fees, which she can’t afford and will once again need Usher to pay.

I understand that Tameka’s pride as a mother is crushed, but if she acted like a civil adult who was responsible, maybe then, just maybe she would have retained custody. But the court read all the evidence, watch the way she acted and notice who was telling the truth and who wasn’t.

She needs to admit to herself that she is wrong for all this and move on and hopefully down the road things will change for the better. Until she takes a real effort in changing herself, no change is deserved.
