Tamar Braxton SLAPPED with Lawsuit
Tamar Braxton is getting sued by song writer Emmi Kozulin, who claims Tamar stole the song from “One On One Fun.”
CelebNMusic247.com has learned via 4UMF.com that While Kozulin admitted another person (Angela Hunte) had the right to the song, she says as co-writer of the song she is entitled to 50% of the royalties plus damages.
A rep for Tamar claims the lawsuit “Has nothing to do with Tamar” and is between Kozulin and the songs producer.
