Although Karrine aka Superhead been married twice, the former video vixen continues to hook up with the New Orleans rapper Lil Wayne.
Apparently she doesn’t care who knows about it either–not even Wayne’s alleged girlfriend Dhea.
Superhead hooked up with the Young Money rapper on Monday night and posted a few photos on Instagram. Tunechi and Superhead were hanging out in a studio.
