Spike Lee is in hot water ever since he tweeted an erroneous George Zimmerman address tweet!
Now Spike Lee has been dubbed the villian in a lawsuit filed by an elderly Florida couple who are accusing the “Oldboy” director of putting their lives in danger with an irresponsible tweet.
Lee tweeted out in anger and hate after he thought he found the correct address for George Zimmerman days after the shooting of Trayvon Martin. Lee has ultimately put an innocent family in harms way after he ruined their lives with a wrongful address, because the addy belongs to Elaine and David McClain of Sanford, Fla., home – NOT George Zimmerman!

Elaine McClain told Orlando’s WKMG TV:
“My youngest son, his last name is Zimmerman and his middle name is George,”
“He definitely owes a big apology. All this is really scary and it’s a shame. There’s no reason they put our address out there without checking to see who lived there.”
