Times are hard for Sherri Shepherd’s Ex Lamar Sally On Welfare since he rejected Sherri‘s divorce settlement he had no choice but to seek aid.

CelebNMusic247.com got the tea on Lamar Sally who told The Daily Mail, “[Sherri] begged me for a baby so she wouldn’t be an old mom and paid $30,000 to our surrogate.”

Now Sherri won’t sign the birth certificate and is refusing to see the baby, forcing Lamar to go on welfare.

Making matters worse, since Sherri’s name isn’t on the birth certificate the state is going after the surrogate, a 23-year-old waitress with two children of her own, for child support.

Sherri offered Lamar a one time payment of $100k and $3k a month in child support, but he refused [click here if you missed that].

The bitter battle over the child, who was conceived with Lamar’s sperm and a donor egg, is ongoing.
