TV Icon and Legend Robin Leach Dead at 76CelebNMusic247.com reports that Robin Leach, the iconic host of TV series “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous” has passed away on Friday at the age of 76.

Robin Leach has been hospitalized since November 21 after he suffered a stroke in Cabo San Lucas.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal colleague revealed that Leach suffered a second stroke on Monday of this past week.

In a statement, his family said:

Despite the past 10 months, what a beautiful life he had. Our Dad, Grandpa, Brother, Uncle and friend Robin Leach passed away peacefully last night at 1:50 a.m.

They continued:

Everyone’s support and love over the past, almost one year, has been incredible and we are so grateful. Memorial arrangements to follow. With love, Steven, Gregg and Rick Leach.

Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous” ran from 1984 – 1995 and featured the extravagant and luxurious lives of celebrities. Basically, it was the OG “MTV Cribs.

In Robin Leach later years before his death, he moved to Las Vegas and wrote lifestyle pieces for the local outlets.

RIP Mr. Leach.
