Ever since “Freeway” Ricky Ross found out that MMG head honcho Rick Ross used his name for fame he has been livid!

Now once again, “Freeway” Ricky Ross continues to pursue his ongoing litigation against rapper Rick Ross over the use of his name.

Here’s the drop:

The New York Post is reporting that “Freeway” Ricky is moving ahead with the case and several music executives, including Lyor Cohen, current Warner CEO Stephen Cooper and director Edgar Bronfman, Jr. have already been been subpoenaed for the trial.

This is despite a judge’s ruling in August of 2012 that Freeway has to pay $500,000 towards Rick Ross’ legal fees

Ricky is planning to take the hip hop superstar and Warner Bros. Records to court this August.
