CelebNMusic247.com has learned that R&B singer R. Kelly has been federally charged with racketeering, kidnapping, forced labor and sexual exploitation of a child in a sweeping New York indictment unsealed in Brooklyn Friday.

This is the third time that R&B singer R. Kelly has been arrested and charged with sex crimes.

NBC New York Reports:

Now, the five-count superseding indictment unsealed in 18 pages of court documents alleges Kelly and members of his entourage of recruited women and girls to “engage in illegal sexual activity with the singer.

It says Kelly and his managers, bodyguards and other assistants picked out women and girls at concerts and other venues and arranged for them to travel to see Kelly.

The documents allege what you saw on “Surviving R. Kelly,” the women and girls were not allowed to leaving their rooms, ask permission from Kelly to eat or go to the bathroom. They even had to call Kellz “Daddy,” and not looking at other men.

The indictment alleges that the criminal acts occurred over two decades dating back to 1999, both in the U.S. and overseas. It accuses Kelly of engaging in sexual acts with girls under 18 and without disclosing that he had a sexually transmitted disease. It also accuses him of producing child pornography, including by asking minors to send him photographs.

Federal authorities are seeking any interest or property Kelly may have obtained in connection with the first racketeering account as forfeiture.

The Type of Man R. Kelly is behind Closed Doors:

Kellz seems to be into domination behind closed doors and these women may or may NOT have been aware of the situation they got themselves into. Like we always say, just because he is a celebrity doesn’t mean he is a safe or nice man.
